I've been receiving so many calendar objects from Outlook people recently and unfortunately I was not able to read any of them as it seems total junk in my Thunderbird client. So today I decided something had to be done about this. After few seconds of Googling I found a nice extension called "Mozilla Lightning" to get the job done. If you have the same problem here is the link to the solution

I'm using Evolution. Tb is good and Lightning is also very nice. But Evo has all these goodies plus more. Stats of my blog suggest that there are lot of people interested in Evo also. My blogpost about migrating from Thunderbird to Evolution is quite popular ;)
Last year I ran into some problems with Tb+Lightning issue which turned out to be leftovers issue. However, since then I'm experiencing far more superior Evolution (which comes as the default in many Linux distros) to handle 7 e mail accounts with quite a volume of mails. You might want to give it a try sometime. Well, you should move completely to Linux too. ;)
I love Mozilla software, especially Firefox. But I think Evo does better than Tb in email/PIM front.
Yeah evolution seems to be a better option. Specially when ur using linux. But when it's Windows I think there are more people using Thunderbird. So if u have no option other than using windows,Lightning might help u!
Thanks for the links Gav!
