As predicted by Gav, Evolution + Lighting is problematic. For example I can view the calendar objects sent via Outlook, but can't accept them.... So here I have found a windows version of the Evolution... hope it's useful for those who need a free mail client for windows

While Evolution on Linux rocks (the newer versions Google calendar too), the Windows port has lagged somewhat behind. Actually hasn't been updated in a year. So I don't expect too much from the Windows port of Evolution.
But I'm sincerely hoping someone would update it.
